I sent my renewal application 6-March by courier and they received the application on 8th-March(as per fedex tracking). How do I check my application status?

Actually I am confused about RO and PR card renew. RO obligation counted based on 1st landing date? For example, if PR expire 17-Mar-2022 and some one entered on 17-Mar-2021 and continue 730 days. On 17-Mar-2023, he applied PR renewal. So, will he be charges for Violation of RO during renewal...

I am worried about the risks and problems I face? If I going to renew my PR card will the charge me of breaching of RO? Suppose I may not completed 730 days within 16-Feb-2022.
