I think you are confusing 2 things here. PGWP is only one time deal. You can't apply for OWP or extension of PGWP once the original PGWP is expired. In order to get a WP, you need a valid LMO. Employer applied for LMO in your documentation does not count.

Depends upon VO.. New Delhi for example may take upto 9 months after they have received Medicals, PPC and RPRF..
