    Then u should send web form to ircc and inform them about this. Take the screenshot of the reply you are getting whenever u tried to log in . That’s what I did too and still waiting for reply. I’m sure they will fix it

    Same with me too, but I have submitted a web form to them and still waiting for a reply though, becos someone said same and submitted web form and it was fixed but took almost two months.
