    Sure, I got a notification that I passed my medical on November 6 (no new medical info submitted), then got the PPR on the same day. I'm guessing passing the medical is the requirement/trigger before PPR is issued?

    Unless they specifically ask for it on your personalized checklist after ITA, then I wouldn’t even worry about it. As someone else mentioned before, stick to what they ask for and do not over supply them with information. If you feel you must explain something, you can use the LOE.

    If I were you, I’d wait and see the next few draws before going for a medical exam. As I mentioned before, medical exam results is valid for 1 year so get it as close as possible to your expected ITA date.
