Been to Coutts with a friend before, and officers were okay (Not being so nice but definitely not rude at all). According to all my friends landed at Carway, agents were very mean and impatient. They will constantly blaming you like wasting their time; it's not their job; should make appointment...

Shouldn't be a problem as my friend did it without any issue. No guarantee though.
