OH sorry and another question: I do not have any documentation that has the exact date of my Canadian Citizenship, would the year suffice in question 7 of IMM1344?

Great thnx so much creampop! So here's another question: Areas that ask for the dates of a period of time, “From” and “To” boxes, if it is present circumstances, what do I write in the “To” box? (eg. An address that I currently live From 10-12-2010 to ?)

But it says exactly 'same, opposite or' and a box beside it. How does it make sense for an address to be same and opposite at the same time. Frankly I find the wording to be very confusing since these two words are antonyms. Right? If my mother is deceased, should i just write that in the box?

Since my husband and I have a child together, do we still need to provide phone and email records and other proof other than photos?
