    My friend submitted April 1st received the P1 at October 30 and a week later P2. ECOPR would be 3 weeks but I think the landing date would be the same as signature and submission of P2. Not sure You will receive your P1 hopefully in this month.

    Canada post is not in fully functional state. You have no option but to give it some time. It will come. As soon as you are not in rush of leaving the country it is totally fine. Your landing date will not change. Please do not request a new card or never report it lost/stolen before a month.
