If they would like to finish applications paid in full first rather than applications paid in 155, anything is possible.

I believe there are many applicants in the same situation, including myself. Not only April applicants but also May applicants. I think the holdup is due to the extra 100 fee as you can see they are mainly dealing with June applications now because for June applications, they all paid in full...

Called last week. Call center said will send an message to the officer about the delay. But still nothing happened yet.
