It is almost always a positive sign. It only becomes a negative sign if a decision made is issued prior to request of some necessary documents. In your case, all relevant documents were requested and you have submitted them accordingly. :) So relax and happy waiting.

Yeah I think 90 days is the maximum lead time. Hence I think you have nothing to worry about.

Hi, worry not. Did they not say in the PPR email that the estimated time for the passports to be returned to the applicant is 90 days from the receipt thereof? Can you check the email that you received if this was specifically indicated. You're good :)

One week might be enough for you to apply for the necessary documents (SIN, healthcare etc). Then you can go back out. :) Congrats!

Pradeep, it is strong recommended that you wait to get your PR card first before going out of Canada again. However, if you have relatives in Canada, you can arrange for the PR card to be sent to their address and your relatives will just send you the PR card wherever you may be :)

I read somewhere that ECAs are normally updated during Tuesdays and over the weekends. In my case, I found this to be true as I noticed that my ECAs have been updated every weekends. I think that your reference though should be the time zone of the VO. :)

Congratulations!! You meant you received the COPR?

Mine got updated within 1 week of VO's receipt of medicals.
