    You'll get to know about the second x-ray 14-15 days after your sputum test. You may receive an email saying additional documents are required. Also, the second x-ray is just to see if the finding in your x-ray has shown any change after 3 months. Accordingly, they proceed forward with your file.

    If your visa is already stamped i think you will have to extend your visa and study permit till your course end date while you're in Canada. I didn't get my visa stamped when I deferred my intake. But nothing was updated on my gc key during my case too.

    Would suggest you to immediately fill the webform on IRCC website and send them your revised LOA. Also ask them to notify you once they've received the document. Specify to them that your passport is called in for stamping.

    Hey guys, don't worry at all. Incase your x-ray is suggestive of TB, IRCC will ask you to consult a chest physician and start your treatment.
