Hi, I got another email to upload my information. But I have already uploaded my information to another pr portal account. Do I still need to upload my information in the second email.

When I entered my address, I miss "l" in "Phillip" in the address. But the post code is correct. Does anyone know whether there is some way to correct my address. So frustrated about this.

Someone late to receive the second email from CIC. I think you can try the link https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login. Click the button reset the password to check whether you can reset the password for your email. Sometimes because of the email, you will miss the second email like me...

i just received the email from cic asking me why i did not log into the system to upload my information. I think that the reason is my email. i provided a new email address to them. Or they can help me land me outside the portal. Please check your email or contact the officer. it can happen...

I have the same issue with your spouse. My last entry is different from the form imm008 that is wrong. i replied first email with my correct date. I have been waiting for the response - the second email - since 14th june. I am not sure what i can do now.
