    I am not sure what to suggest but if immigration is asking for an in person interview I would go in person. If he is already here on a visitor status I would think he would be ok to return again, unless there is another complication like he has over-stayed on the visitor visa.

    I traveled to the US a lot for business and contacted the Canadian Boarder Patrol and received a statement of my entering and leaving the country. Maybe she could do that as well at the port of entries for where she traveled?

    Oh wow! Yes very similar timelines! He is working in Qatar - I believe all people working/residing in the Middle East are processed in Abu Dhabi. They have a reputation for being slow however we still have time as it states typically 12 months to process.

    Eligibility and security not started yet, criminality in process. My timeline: Applied July 4, 2025 AOR August 9, 2025 SA Approved September 17, 2025 Medical passed December 12, 2025 Honestly looks like we are just waiting for Abu Dhabi to pick up the file. Good luck! Hoping for good news soon.
