Do you mean ranking by percentage? As long as you've got your degree certificate, WES will most probably accept it, regardless of your ranking or GPA or whatsoever. You will be awarded points after WES evaluate your mater's degree.

For Q 1, legible simply means clear, discernible, not fuzzy or blurred. Just a clear photocopy will be fine. NOT the original. No need to be attested either.

Well, for Chinese applicants, the degree certificate should first be verified by Chinese Ministry of Education. They will issue an English report saying that the degree is authentic and they will directly send the report to WES. Then I myself just need to send a copy of the degree certificate...

WES accepts transcripts that are officially translated and stamped by your university. It worked for me.

I also had the account consolidation issue. Just wait one or two days. It may get resolved automatically.

I didn't write anything on the copy, but attached a post-it with the ref number. And it worked.

“Documents received - review in progress” is not the final stage. "Evaluation in progress" is. In my case, it was around one week to update from "Documents received - review in progress" to "evaluation in progress", and another two or three days to be "Completed".
