My agent haven't given me id password of cic portal. He said he used agent portal not student's ...so can't provide id password. And he said i will get only mail of any update.

Hi everyone My agent lodged my file online on 25th March and i got appointment for biometrics which is on 16th april. Isn't it a big gap between lodging date and biometrics date or it is normal ? Another question : is it true that processing of file won't start till the biometrics done ?
