Yes, you can. My colleague rescheduled his test twice and took it at his third slot. But he had waited for 4 months after his second reschedule request.

If it helps, My test was on Oct 18 (Montreal) and DM was on Oct 18. No Oath invite yet...

DM on October 18th and still waiting for the Oath letter....

My ECAS is also similar. Didn’t have anything related to the test in ecas even today (test taken on 17 Oct). My current status is DM. I don’t think it does matter much if we see it or not as long as we receive correspondence from local office that is processing our file.

It’s been a week since DM and waiting for the Oath invite. There were no scheduled ceremonies in MTL post Nov 1st as of now. Any update in your case?
