    I means supervisa was issued in 2018 and arrived Oct 2022. No stamp was made on visa so assumed 5 year stay but now found its overstay. Pgp application is also in process no idea wat to do

    Thanks for this information. But what about those who overstay by just looking at old info in 2022 and never checked website until today when they found they are overstayed. No idea what to do and how to handle this situation

    I agree that change was made in July 2022. And I did check after my father arrival it was shown on cic that if landed after july 2022 can stay for 5 years. After seeing that I relaxed and never checked website again until this week where they changed if landed before 2023 can stay for 2 years. I...

    Ok So I was thinking like my father passport and visa both gonna expire in 3 months. And he only have 3 years in canda so I donot need to apply for extending existing stay in Canada for 2 years more
