There is a different way. Your wife and daughter don't need to send the passport to you here as that is illegal in many countries. Depending upon the country you can email CPC and they will provide you with a local CPC office there in Europe so that you would have to send the passport to CPC...

Don't worry about it as once it is approved the return tracker will get activated within 2-3 business days. 22nd June was friday and i guess UPS will not do any delivery during weekends. Quite possibly you will get it by the end of the week.
