Hello, I'm submitting OCI for family through postal process and really confused if we need to send any originals. BLS call center says we dont have to but the checklist asks for originals & copy. Can anyone who recently submitted via postal in TORONTO help please ?

Hi, Update from my end: Test Invite: July 26th ( through mail ) Test Date: August 12th Oath Date: August 13th It was a pleasant surprise when the officer asked us if we can make it for oath the next day. All the best to everyone and thank You for all the support.

Any suggestions would really help: I don’t have entries in passport for US travel by air as everything is through the scanning process. Not sure how those will be validated during interview. Has anyone been in similar situation? Please suggest what we need to bring for documentation.

Same here. Did FP on 21st Feb and agent confirmed that they could see results on 13th Mar and they will contact soon for test.

Wouldn’t it be couple of days quicker if RCMP sends it directly to processing centre? RCMP mails them by Canada post. So RCMP to us and then from us to processing Center. Would that not delay by couple of days? Just wanted to understand.

As stated in the letter, take the letter (printed copy), along with COPR, 2 id’s (1 with photo). Go to an RCMP accredited FP Center which does digital FP request. If you give consent, RCMP will forward results to your processing Center ( it’s on the letter) directly. We did that. It saves time...

Just on the Notes column an entry is made, that’s what I normally see on prior months.
