I did reply on 28 and then again on 1 June I got credentials on 7june. I am not sure if it worked but you can give it a try because one month wait for credentials is abnormal as per the most posts here.

Did you try sending email to IRCC portal email address explaining that you uploaded the picture and still nothing

You are lucky you got the status atleast. 14 months CEC inland no CoPR
