Single CEC, bio given Oct19, nov 28 background, everything else was done since October, I think just waited for background check.

Does anyone know if I can sponsor my sister only who is 14 years old? If so, in that case will the income requirement be for 2 people? I want to know if that is possible instead of sponsoring whole family(dad,mom etc)

The only thing that I cant understand at all is that why many people got their coprs around october but no coprs after that and now they dont even look to the applications...

It might be true but my friend(April Aor) passed everything but waiting final decision over a month. I personally passed everything before oct 2 except criminality, and gave bio on oct 19. I dont know if they bothered looking after that time.
