omg guys!! just 1 hour ago, my husband FINALLY got his passport request! Im SO HAPPY! Anyways, im wondering how to fill up the Appendix B Form? Does my information go there too? I am his spouse and sponsor. or is it just HIS information?

I am over 1 year in process. Also with Manila Visa office because my husband is Filipino. Our application was received June 26 2017. MVO can be a bit slow, but it will all be worth it in the end. Expect processing time to be 13 to 14 months.
