    Buffalo is the only place where you are supposed to send your application if you are residing in US for more than 1 year.

    CIC says it takes upto 20 weeks to send AOR/ medicals. if ur 20 weeks is up then you should contact CIC with your details. Maybe send an email or a fax or both.
