Yes they will but you can't claim 3 years bachelors on Advanced diploma and another 4 years bachelors on Affiliate/Member status. So yes, you can get 3 years bachelors degree using Advanced diploma from ACCA received after clearing F9 paper.

It means your R10 completeness check is done and Program assistant recommended pass on it. However case analyst has not yet reviewed your file otherwise it would be one of the two recommended pass or review required as appropriate.

Advanced diploma in Accounting and Business is part of your ACCA. You can't claim two degrees out of a single certification but i guess more experienced people can chime in and clear this as i have not tried to do this and CAT is like High school so i doubt that will get you two degrees either...
