Oath invites here are back logged by couple of months. I noticed Jan dated test getting oath invite in April first week.

I think it's normal. It happened with me also today. Last month I read few posts mentioning their kids status did not change to DM as well. Oath invites are expected for kids in the same envelope.

When I kept checking for eCAS around 6am daily, updates from previous day were not captured. One day, I checked in the evening and previous day update was seen. So, I assume it's updated after 7am but before 7pm. Did any other notice any other times?

What I meant was that you can't count it towards total physical presence days. Year 2011 for you is not meeting 183 days of year criteria and not eligible as one of 4 years out of last six years. For year 2011, I think your physical presence calculator should show as zero. This is due to long absence from Canada in year 2011 after landing given that it does not come in last 4 years of 6.

You are just fine submitting with IELTS certificate copy from year 2008 and it will be accepted. You have way more than minimum accepted score in each section. No additional language proof is required. But it's preferred to also submit copies of graduation certificate and transcripts.
