Hi Pro1, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Why the US officer was rude with you? Did you try to enter US? Or you had to go to US to complete the landing process? Do they allwow to enter US only to return Canada for the sake of completing the landing process?

Ok Guys... To continue this discussion: What will the status say when a H1B is cancelled by the employer? I just checked my status with EAC-** and it says that "we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER" I think my employer may be bluffing me that he cancelled my H1B...

i am not sure if there is any fee when company sends termination letter to USCIS for H1 termination...the company told me that they sent termination letter to USCIS. Now, this company i am talking about is fortune 50. or so...now sure if i should try

I am reviving the topic here once again. I was in US out-of-status from some and then I moved to Canada. I was in H1 then my H1 was cancelled by the company I was working. I am not sure they actually send it...but they told me they did..so i think they actually did that. Now, another company...
