Just an update to make on our file. We had an interview in London, ON on June 13th and received our AIP letter on June 28th

My application was transferred to London Ontario on march 3rd. Does anyone know how long I will be waiting for a letter stating when we will have our marriage assessment interview? Thanks for any help

I was not very clear on the last post. When I say that her case was tied to her fathers, I was speaking of her Refugee Case. For this reason, the removal officer in charge of my wife was in Toronto rather than Niagara where the PRRA was given to her.

I think people from early April will get an update on ECAS tomorrow. Mine was from April 8th and was transferred to the local office so they are working on April for sure, they just didn't feel that my case was solid enough to approve without sending to Local Office.

Unfortunately, you cannot apply for a deferral until you have purchased your ticket to return home. Until that ticket is purchased, there is nothing to defer which really sucks. They make you buy a non-refundable ticket (thats why I lost $200 when refunding) before you can ask for a deferral...
