Parents' birth certificate is not a must. Their Indian Passports is all they need to confirm their Indian Origins. My friend did the same. Got OCI.- Canada1200

I submitted application at BLS myself. I paid $30 for original docs return, $30 for Surrendered passport return and $30 for OCI courier. Call the BLS customer care. Ask them what u need to pay and how much. Good luck- Canada1200
