they said send us an email with the information and we will get back to you. they have not even received the passport.

For all you out there keep your hopes up. the applicant (spouse) got PPR, after just two weeks of DM. I trust it is good processing time from PVO (~7 months), we highly appreciate it. Application received October 6, 2017. Good Luck to you ALL!!!

Almost 2 weeks since received the DM, hopes with this process is a roller coaster! no PPR yet!!!!!
