I tried to apply yesterday online , but I couldn't find how to submit support documents? Only the necessary documents I managed to submit,but what about my documents?like recommendation letters,faid checks,my scholarship?

I saw it. So why last time they didn't wrote anything about it ?

But last time that I applied I showed them just my balance .. And in the refusal letter they didn't say anything about the money.the reasons were not about money

And is it ok to provide just current balance of my bank account? Without 6 months ago information ?

To reapply for student visa I will need to have strong SOP , what does it mean? :o
