    i think sa about sa photo thingy maam its a passport size photo. Yun din po ata kailangan pag nagpamedical ka 9pcs. passport photo size. together with the 2 copies of appendix c and lastly photocopy ng biopage ng passport niyo. :)

    Ah okay so although lahat ng forms is sagutan computerized yung dalawang form lang ang kailangan i validate both ung generic application on my side and the sponsorship undertaking sa,part naman ng wife ko ryt maam?
