but he can get a ppr and get stamped the passport. once the passport is stamped he will get a copr. thats my understanding- brs.123

I also called IRCC yesterday. MARCH 2ND AOR Biometric exempted and updated on 7th Oct. The agent told me that my security and eligibility is passed, waiting for pending decision. Before exemption security was not started and eligibility was recommend pass. Already ordered noted on 28th Sep. Not...- brs.123

Update on my file. March AOR bio exempted. Biometric section changed from "we need your finger prints" to completed. PA inland dependent outland. Hoping for the copr.- brs.123

yes when I called last week the agent told me the same that it will not change . they cannot change every single file. I dn know how will they proceed now. I did not hear any one with bio exempt receiving copr- brs.123
