Happy to report after 146 days I received my PR Card! (I think that's about average for Vancouver?!)

It managed to get to production twice, now you need photos. Shit! I've got a feeling I'm going to be in the same situation. What is wrong with these people? Why tell you everything is ok when it isn't? If you don't have a clue you don't have a clue, just bloody well own up to it!!!
