Thanks, I suggest you scan through the forum for latest cases but I have seen timelines of 1 week to 1 month for Gu1 on photo resubmission cases.

If you are talking about IRCC portal then yes the page design was updated today, so probably every one would see the same last updated date there. For most people photo remains in review after they recieve the PR CARD , better to link PR card application in GCKEY account and track ghost updates.

Based on the timelines shared by people across the threads here, looks like people with Etobicoke VO are getting PR Card update around a month from eCOPR date.

If you are in Canada applicant and your medical are within 5 years from date of submission of PR application then it will be accepted there is an exemption in place till 6th Oct 2024

Ideally you need to inform IRCC as soon as you change the address. Also when you recieve portal credentials you need to login and provide you address and thats the one were PR cards will be emailed.

After completion of all stages , Medical expiry is checked again and if needed extended to issue copr because copr expiry is same as medical expiry date.
