As far as I know, Portal1 and portal2 emails come to the applicants email id's directly. Portal1 will have an PDF attached and the subject line is "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal FILE NO XXXXXXX.. Portal2 email subject line will be "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created...

Yes I got portal2 on 8th September and Pootal1 was on 24th august. I had raised webform that I am waiting for portal2, not sure if that helped.

Finally got Portal2 today. Portal1 : 24th August Portal2 : 8th September (Montreal) Note: I have raised webform on 6th Sept and got portal2 today, I am not sure if webform helped. Thanks everyone!!!!
