    Yes, you are right about AOR-2-3 weeks from receving PER. And, you are wrong about that nobody has received AOR. e.g. Trying has recived AOR about 3 weeks after PER (look at his sighn) I am expecting it till the end of January ;) Good luck!

    Doni, you did t mention the type of visa he is applying for? It depends on category, and you have all documentation needed for all visa types on their official site. I think that tourist visas have more chances then Study or W/p visas, because thay have no work permits and no wright to work, so...
