My degree got completed in 2022, however, the degree certificate shows issuing date jan 2023. What should I mention in degree awarded date on the iqas form.

Thanks!! Well while filling the academic request form there is a column for Institute name. I have a doubt, do we need to write university name or the college/Institute name in that column. Like in my case I complete my BBA from symbiosis university but my college name was SCMS.

Thanks for the response. It means apart from getting the transcripts from my university to be emailed directly, should I upload the Grade sheets also? As the instruction says upload degree or diploma.
