May be you are talking about Mississauga office. That office usually moves files which will take longer elsewhere. And they put some random statement that based on blah blah we are moving your file to xyz office. Then the next office moves that file to the end of their priority queue. Anyways...

I believe your application is in PGP2021 cycle. Going by different posts my take is that Vancouver office is either heavily understaffed or bunch of procrastinators. In either case if you are from 2021 cycle and hence past 24 months current processing time they most likely will not sleep over...

Nope. Haven't heard of applications moving in Vancouver. So feel gcms notes are not going to help in processing faster. If applications in Vancouver start moving and still we don't hear back for a couple of months then will ask for gcms notes.

I would prioritize by clearing at least 90 to 95% applications of an earlier intake year before processing the next year applicants. What...
