The most sponsors are based in Canada, if they are permanent residents they have to be in Canada.

I am the sponsor and yes I am in Canada.

I am sponsoring my wife, and the file has moved to Vienna. She got a decision made in ecas back on July 16, which is almost nine weeks, and no news from them. I have submitted a web form, gcms notes, email but no response. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks!
