It means the Case analyst attending to your case has passed your eligibility, and it's now waiting for a full Eligibility pass from an officer. You've nothing to worry about. You are most likely going to pass the eligibility.

Use a webform to contact them. Or better still trying call them. But it's mostly certain that they have received your fingerprint, just that they have not updated it on your portal
