Yes, one of my client was inland applicant and he had dependents outland. so he received the same letter like you did and after a while he received PR cnfirmation email. He sent his dependents passport along with the letter to local vfs centre and confirmed his status throguh PR portal inside canada

I am dancing in joy… i just got COPR as well .. @EscoBlades our time has come i am sure @Doraemons will get something soon .. should try that email thing… there intake for 2021 was already met may be that’s why they have processed ours in 2022

Ask your local MP to make an enquiry on your behalf. Generally they do notify the MP regarding the status. (I was just told my eligibility has been passed by call centre agent, i never applied for ATIP notes) Just on the basis of this information i sent them the email and guess what.. I received...

I got the portal email the next day .. its been 3 days waiting for ECOPR.. But hopefully I will get that soon .
