I just got an email saying they received my message and will be forwarded to the visa office but no update on the profile yet, it’s still showing that they haven’t received medical results

Hey guys, did any of you who had the two Medical Forms/IME number issue hear back or had the profile updated to medical passed? We are still waiting here, medicals were completed on March 6 but profile hasn’t been updated and still no reply to the web form enquiry :/

We’re on the same boat, with the exact same dates. I don’t know if it’s normal to wait that long until it gets updated to “passed” or if the second MR messed things up. Hopefully not. Please let us know if you get any updates

Turns out that even though they had insisted on the phone, when I went there, I didn’t even have to say anything. They told us to just fill out the name and address on the form and that they would fill out the IME. So everything went well :)

I have no idea what’s going on then. Hopefully won’t cause an issue! Will find out tomorrow I guess

Hmmm, I hope it doesn’t cause an issue. I could find some other threads mentioning IME is required on family sponsorship and that in other cases it would be a “worker non-EDE” case not requiring an IME number but I’m not sure if this applies to our category as well or not. I’m just hoping...
