I feel very much your frustration. It all depends on how each application is processed. I know someone who got his AOR before mine in several days and he applied after I did. I am April 30th no AOR yet. I have a friend that applied on May 1st and got his on May 29th. So I guess there is no real way of understanding when AOR's are provided.- bassamkaaki
