I was thinking that human error might be the other side of it with hindsight of the decision taken on April 29, 2020 concerning outlanders. That's said its good news since you received the NOI in May.

Thanks for the confirmation. It means outlanders are being considered if after the April 29,2020 they can still issue NOI for an outlander. There is hope. Maybe things will accelerate very fast soon .

Please when did your NOI? Is it before April 29 or it was after? Why I ask is because from the Alberta PNP, there were not going to give NOI to outlanders after 29 April, 2020. So if you received your NOI after that date it might be that they have started looking at outlander profiles or it...
