Hey bud! Like you, I am also a Permanent Resident of Canada. My fiance also have a valid visitors visa. We applied for her “covid travel exemption letter” as required and waited for almost 5wks til approval. The letter(email) is valid for 6months.

Even with a marriage certificate and valid visa I believe you still have to apply for “covid exemption letter”. Mine was approved for my fiance who is currently in the Philippines. We waited for almost 5 wks for the letter(email) of approval with the validity of 6months.

Sign in to your MYcic account. You'll see a link that says " Link an existing application to this account" then just follow the steps.
