Little update here! Our ecas has flipped to Decision Made this morning. It skipped the "in process" step. I guess we can now start obsessively checking the mail?

congrats roysingh! Now you just have sit back back and wait for your CoPR. This used to take only 2-3 weeks, but it looks like CPP-O is a little behind at the moment so it could take longer.

This is getting me worried. We got really excited when we got our PPR and figured since they had no special requests or anything like that we could start planning Mr. bacontoaster's landing. We booked him a flight for May 30th which is going to be 9 weeks after our PPR. I thought this was going...

Well that would be really unfortunate... We were so excited for our PPR and we booked a flight for him to move here 2 months from now. If a strike happens we'll probably all end up on the back burner once things ramp up again.

It's not really about how many it's about when they're from. We sent pictures starting with our first date all the way up to our wedding 3 years later. Most of the pictures were from holidays, trips and family gatherings, so many showed our family around us. We had about 3-5 for each event and...

Exactly. While so far our timeline has been on par with others; emailing them was pointless as they always answered with form letters.

How is it updated? and also how did you find out?

That really sucks... from reading this forum it seems that people who use an attorney end up having more problems than people who file on their own. It's so counter intuitive.
