    Seriously? Did you read the instructions they sent in the email? You are supposed to send the letter they sent which has a reference to your application.

    Is it safe to assume if your application is 1-2 weeks past beyond general wait times - they are doing a background check/document verification and you probably will get approved if no issues found?
