    Yes, after a long wait of almost 6 weeks. VO - Calgary (I think) although he lives in Vancouver (Calgary was last port of entry to Canada) Just to add, COPR came the same day the address was accepted on the portal

    Nothing! The next email from them will contain a temporary password for you to create your PR portal account. There you will upload your photo.

    Original entry - 2013 Last entry - 2020 You reply the email address with all that they have requested for and after that, they will send another email with the PR portal temporary password. You get to upload your photo in the portal.

    Correct! No photo needed at this. Once you reply with the required information, they will send a follow up email within a few days with a temporary password for the Portal. Then you can upload your photo

    I think he should check ALL his folders - junk/spam, promotion, updates, etc. The second email from them usually comes the next day. Otherwise, send a follow up email to them.
