COPR came in the mail today April 3rd!!!! So many happy emotions!! The best day in over a year! Came just 3 days after decision made! Sooooooooo happy :D

I agree completely. It's not fair how they are doing things. Almost 10 months still waiting for a decision for us and there is no good reason why ours is taking longer.
