Hi, my family landed at Vancouver Airport on 27 Aug 2016. I have a small concern when the Immigration Officer did not ask us to provide the photo for PR Card application. Of course there are photo attached in the COPR. Could someone advise me if I have to provide them the new photo for PR Card...
