I had received it on mail, and not email. It was from Scarborough office though. Carrying invitation letter is not mandatory and one may not need to carry that on the day of the oath.

I’m from Brampton, so assume it’s Brampton. However, I gave test in Scarborough.

There was a green coloured form that I filled up and signed at the doorstep before getting into the test room. The second form was a white form, which I was asked to sign at the end of the interview. Yes I didn’t dad that last form as I was a bit nervous.
